Rather than work on a job and just do what’s required, Casey demonstrated the confidence and capability to clearly explain the benefits of crafting a future works design plan, so that further installations could occur with ease.  Now Casey and his team are conducting works for us on a major switchboard upgrade.  They’ve taken a project management lead in the construction of a new, purpose-built room, and have also been instrumental in helping us to negotiate the tendering process to select an appropriate switchboard model to suit our long-term needs.  Their planning, preparation and shutdown timeframes have also come in effectively and on-time, as promised.
